Ronique Cater

Owner

Ronique is a trusted lean six sigma champion and operational excellence expert with a strong background in the manufacturing and service industries. He has over 16 years of experience and has helped many clients solve complex cross-functional problems, by helping them identify the true root causes, lead the solution implementations and follow-up to ensure its success whenever necessary. Ronique genuinely cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to ensure the identified objectives are met or exceeded. He listens attentively to his client’s needs, operates with great integrity, is governed by strong values, is highly skilled and has a strong work ethic. This makes for a unique and trusting experience, while receiving world-class business results.

Ronique is a strategic, data driven, and results-focused professional that has helped his clients increase market competitiveness and fast-track value creation through productivity improvement, working capital reduction, business systems and process optimization, increase asset utilization, continuous improvement programs, production system design and implementation and lean transformation. He works with senior management teams to execute strategy deployment and sustainable performance improvement.

Ronique’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh, and a Master’s degree in Information Engineering and Business Management from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
